The UNCG Board of Trustees voted Thursday to increase student fees by $30, with almost half of the increase going toward improving technology and addressing escalated costs for academic materials.
If the increase is approved by the UNC Board of Governors in March, students would pay $1,231 in student fees for the 2001-02 academic year.
UNCG already has some of the highest fees in the UNC system. According to 2000-01 figures, only UNC-Wilmington has higher fees....
