AS our own country effected peacefully a change in political leadership last Saturday, January 20, 2001, the United States of America inaugurated its 43rd President, George Walker Bush. By coincidence, the new United States President shares an attribute with our newly installed President, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. Both are children of former Chief Executives of the land.
