17-year-old died in gang retaliation, charges say.(NEWS)

A Minneapolis man and a teen with gang ties were retaliating against a rival gang over an earlier shooting when 17-year-old Ernesto Ayala was killed Dec. 3, according to charges filed Monday.
But police are still looking for the person who shot Ayala.
Francisco M. Vargas, 18; Roberto Lopez-Rios, 16, and at least two other people drove up to Ayala and one of the unidentified people shot him, according to the criminal complaint filed in Hennepin County District Court.
