OXFORD, England _ It didn't walk like a duck. It didn't quack like a duck. In fact, it couldn't walk or quack at all.
But to the 118 brilliant minds marching around All Souls College, the most exclusive of Oxford University's exclusive precincts, the wooden decoy they trouped along after Sunday night was definitely a mallard.
