To the Editors:
I found Jonathan Weinberg's article on George Caleb Bingham [A.i.A., Oct. '00], as well as the other works on Bingham to which he refers, profoundly disappointing. There exists a key at Arrow Rock Historical Site to both Bingham's The Country Election and his Stump Speaking.
