CELT Corporation (Marlborough, MA) is in the process of conducting a technology audit for the Detroit Public Schools. Under the three-year, $3.2 million contract, CELT will manage and prepare a detailed information technology audit, needs analysis, and plan as well as design and develop a data-driven decision support system.
