Burns, baby, Burns.
Ken Burns has become the 50-ton gorilla of public television. And his latest, 19-hour documentary opus, "Jazz," is something to admire. You have to give Ken Burns his due. For all its commercialism and Burnsian excesses, "Jazz" is a giant achievement.
