NEW YORK-Richloom Home Fashions' new Global Sourcing Division is an idea whose time has come. "It was good timing. The market was getting slim with choices for vendors, and we saw this as a great opportunity," said Todd Cella, director of sales and merchandising for the division. "We're offering what retailers are asking for. They're all getting very aggressive, and want to differentiate themselves in price and look."
