Cheju Island and Kyongju attracted more tourists last year than in 1999, local tourism associations said.
Tourism officials said the number of tourists who visited Cheju island and Kyongju last year stood at 4.11 million and 8.08 million respectively, up from 3.67 million and 6.56 million in 1999.
