ARLINGTON, Texas, July 25 /PRNewswire/ -- James A. Rutherford, president of Goal Systems International Inc., and Gary Leslie, vice president-finance of Altai Inc. (NASDAQ: ALTI), announced today that the two companies have signed a letter of intent for the merger of Altai into Goal in exchange for $5.75 cash for each share of Altai.
