Two people contemplating marriage at the end of the 20th century face a 50 percent divorce rate, and a markedly higher rate of divorce if they have lived together before marriage. Wouldn't it be refreshing if our legislators could offer them something more - something more hopeful - than merely legal divorce? Two sage family-oriented delegates are trying to do just that.
