This is the third in a series that is coinciding with Norfolk's Good Neighbor Campaign, which continues through June 12. The campaign's objective is to bring the city and citizen representatives together to promote the vitality of Norfolk's more than 120 neigh-borhoods. The following information was provided by the city's Office of Neigh-borhoods.
