TO ACQUIRE CONTINENTAL CONSTRUCTION CORP.

HAILEY, Idaho, July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlantis Mining & Manufacturing Co. Inc. (NASDAQ: AMMI) announced today that it has signed a plan and agreement of merger to acquire Continental Construction Corp. (CCC), a privately held Nevada corporation.
