FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YORK NAMES VICE PRESIDENT

/ADVANCE/NEW YORK, July 4 /PRNewswire/ -- James H. Oltman was named first vice president and chief administrative officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. His appointment by the directors of the New York Fed is effective immediately.
