CARME REPORTS RECEIPT OF SCHEDULE 13D FILING

NOVATO, Calif., June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Carme, Inc. (NASDAQ: CAME) today reported that the company is in receipt of a Schedule 13D filed by Thomas D. Harvey, a private investor, stating that Harvey has acquired an aggregate amount of 139,000 common shares of Carme, Inc., representing 5.2 percent of the outstanding common stock of Carme Inc.
