At least four nights a week you can find some member of the Gregory family of Englewood at the University of Denver Joy Burns Ice Arena. They've found a sport that fits their family.

The four Gregorys are just one of hundreds of Colorado families who are ice skating for fun and fitness in the metro area.

Bob, 45, plays on a men's recreational hockey team and skates with his kids during their lessons. His wife, Lisa, 44, is a recreational skater who just enjoys gliding with her family.
