Julius Kohen was a professional boxer, a milkman and a real estate agent. But it was in retirement that he accomplished what few ever will:

He hit six holes-in-one as a golfer.

``He was a very good athlete and we were so happy about his accomplishments,'' said his son, Steven Kohen, 54, of Denver.

Julius Kohen died of a stroke Sept. 18 at a Denver nursing home. He was 87.

``He played golf every day but weekends,'' said his wife, Mary Kohen. ``He became interested in golf ...
