ORD Hollick may no longer be a Fleet Street press baron, but he reckons his is still a glamorous business.
After selling Express Newspapers 10 days ago to OK! publisher Richard Desmond and his ITV stations to Granada Media in the summer, Hollick is sitting on a big pile of cash at United News & Media.
"We've completed about [pound]3.25bn of sales in the past nine months; we've no debt and about [pound]300m to [pound]400m cash. We've always sold at top dollar and from now on we intend to focus on a few, large high-growth markets," he says.
