FRANKLIN, Tenn., June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Wessex Corporation (NASDAQ: WSSX) today announced the execution on June 9, 1988, of a Stock Purchase agreement with Diversicare Corporation of America ("Diversicare") providing for the sale in a private placement of 8,500,000 shares of newly issued common stock of Wessex Corporation for a purchase price of approximately $.19 per share and 10,000 shares of Wessex Corporation Series B Convertible Participating Preferred Stock, par value $.10 per share at a price of $438.95 per share, which, ...
