Oxford Health Plans and Saint Barnabas Health Care System Extend Relationship.

Oxford Health Plans, Inc. (Nasdaq: OXHP) announced today that it has signed a long term agreement with Saint Barnabas Health Care System of New Jersey, enabling Oxford-insured members to continue to receive medical services through this hospital network. Saint Barnabas first joined the Oxford network in 1992.
