The undervalued stock pride and strong cash position of Beeba's Creations Inc. make the San Diego clothing importer an attractive takeover candidate, analysts say.

The price of Beeba's stock fell during the October market crash along with most other stocks nationally. But unlike many, it never has recovered. As a result, Beeba's is trading well below what Carl Shrager, editor of The Takeover Target Weekly Forecast in Santa Barbara, considers the company's actual value.
