Greenland Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GLCP) announced that it has formally demanded that Seren Systems turn over to Greenland all of the undelivered executable code for which Seren has been paid to develop at the direction of Greenland.

Thomas Beener, General Counsel of Greenland, stated, "As indicated in our press release of November 3, 2000 Greenland has taken immediate action to continue to pursue emergency relief from the Court by making a formal demand of Seren Systems to turn over all the executable code ...
