Corporate governance is playing an increasingly important role in the oversight of Canadian companies.

Managers involved with public companies are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of having good corporate governance practices and communicating these practices to investors and potential investors. If you are a member of a board of directors, provide information to the board, or if you spend some of your time evaluating potential investments, you should be aware of current corporate governance practices and trends.
