Pilgrim's Pride lays a golden egg with new poultry pack.

With a reputation for being proactive in the industry, Pilgrim's Pride isn't too chicken to cross the road to better sales. The fourth-largest U.S. chicken company has elevated the graphics of its case-ready poultry packaging for greater marketing impact.

Introduced Sept. 15 on the company's full line of fresh chicken products, this new leakproof package is the first process-printed flexible film packaging for fresh chicken.
