Alleging that Nutrition Now's probiotic product PB8 is mislabeled and falsely advertised, Jarrow Formulas recently filed suit in district court in Los Angeles. The suit filed by Jarrow, the Los Angeles-based marketer of Jarro-Dophilus (a competitive probiotic product), seeks a recall, relabeling, an injunction, corrective advertising, damages and attorney fees.
