Mill Capacity Utilization Dips to 91% in February WASHINGTON (FNS) -- Capacity utilization at the nation's textile mills fell to 91 percent in February from 91.5 in January, continuing six months of basically steady decline, the Federal Reserve reported. March figures for textile factory utilization were not yet available.

Lincoln Anderson, a financial analyst with Bear Stearns in New York, said that capacity utilization trends in textile mill manufacturing were not yet clear.
