CREEKS RUNNING FAST
PARIS--Creeks is moving to the forefront of the French sportswear industry on a strategy of expanding on both wholesale and retail fronts.
The 14-year-old company demonstrated its determination to conquer this market by going public in 1986. "Going on the stock market was a means to development, giving us access to funds other than the bank's. We were an interesting offering because we have one of the strongest profit margins in the industry. It gave us a dynamic, new start," explained Jean-Raymond Stromboni, assistant general manager.
