ATHENS - Efforts by Greece and Turkey have somewhat attenuated the age-old feud between them, but major obstacles remain without much hope of a breakthrough.
With no solution in sight to the quarrel over the Aegean Sea shelf and the division of Cyprus, the best the Greek government can hope for is a permanent dialogue that might lead to more concrete developments in the future.
