SAN FRANCISCO -- Screening for and treating bacterial vaginosis may benefit a subgroup of women at high risk for preterm delivery but may harm other high-risk women, Dr. Jeanne-Marie Guise warned at the annual meeting of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
