The opposition Grand National Party yesterday expressed grave concerns over reported casualties from battles between the multinational peacekeeping forces and militiamen in East Timor.
``The GNP is gravely concerned about the situation in East Timor, as the Korean peacekeeping force is to depart for there tomorrow,'' Rep. Lee Sa-churl, spokesman for the GNP said.
