Korean `David' Wins Injunction Against French Cosmetics `Goliath'.

A small printing company has won a court injunction banning the sale of look-alike lipstick containers in Korea by Christian Dior, one of the world's top cosmetics companies.

Chungjin Printing Co. in Puchon, southwest of Seoul, last December filed its complaint against a local import agent of Christian Dior in Seoul District Court, accusing the French cosmetics giant of stealing its lipstick container design.
