Taegu-Milan Textile Project to Be Launched.

MILAN ---- Taegu and Milan, the hub of Italy's textile industry, have launched a cooperative partnership on the occasion of President Kim Dae-jung's visit to Italy.

Under the partnership, Milan will provide Taegu with sophisticated textile dyeing and processing know-how, according to Chong Wa Dae spokesman Park Joon-young.

In return, Milan will be given an opportunity to secure a foothold in the fast-growing East Asian market, the spokesman briefed reporters.
