(NYSE: UGS) today announces the signing of a contract, worth nearly one million dollars, with the Manzoni Group, a leading Italian company in the mechanical and hydraulic press market. Based in Bergamo, Italy, the Manzoni Group will work with UGS over the next three years to implement several licenses of Unigraphics, UGS' integrated CAD/CAM/CAE software suite.
