Three Albanian companies--Aldosch, Aplas, and Kneo--have entered bids for the purchase of an 88 percent stake in Albania's largest pharmaceutical company, Profarma, "Albanian Daily news" reported. There were no foreign bidders, according to the National Privatization Agency. Profarma was founded in 1948 and has produced about 350 different drugs since then.
