The only problem with Warren Moon is that he is asking for the moon.
How else would you characterize Moon's demand for a new three-year deal that includes a $6 million signing bonus and a base salary this season of $5 million?
Even if you don't know industry standards in the NFL, it doesn't take a certified public accountant to see that Moon is asking for mega-top dollar to throw the ball for the Hawks this season.
If Trent Dilfer can make $5 million, Moon must figure he's worth as much. So to make his point, Moon was nowhere to be found yesterday ...
