Sex offender returning to prison on porn charge.(News)

A Gurnee man arrested two months after getting out of prison on a sex charge was sentenced to a nine-year term Tuesday for sending child pornography to an FBI agent.

David Mark Canaday, 39, pleaded guilty to a single count of child pornography during a hearing before Lake County Associate Judge John Phillips.

Canaday, of 14365 W. Kennedy Drive, was arrested at his home May 24 for sending child pornography to an FBI agent who was posing as a teenage boy. Local officials worked on the arrest with an FBI child pornography task force based in Houston.
