Ernestine M. (Ryan) Mahon of Brookline, a homemaker, died Sunday at Vencor Hospital in Boston. She was 79.
Born in Boston, Mrs. Mahon attended Boston Public Schools, graduating from Hyde Park High School in 1936.
A homemaker, Mrs. Mahon also worked for the Walter Baker Chocolate Mills in Dorchester Lower Mills for many years.
