YOUNG DESIGNERS SET N.Y. SHOW By ANNE ROSENBLUM

NEW YORK -- Eight young designers will stage their spring fashion shows over the weekend of Oct. 29 and 30 at the 500 Club, 500 Seventh Ave.

The joint venture is a reaction to the later-than-expected Paris show dates, which conflict with the first week of U.S. shows, when these designers ordinarily show.

The weekend of Oct. 29-30 is after buyers and journalists start returning from Paris and before the second week of SA collections, when virtually all of the major firms show.
