For the first time, a state's highest court has ruled that the Boy Scouts of America's ban on homosexuals is illegal.
New Jersey's Supreme Court said yesterday that because the Boy Scouts are a ``place of public accommodation,'' they fall under the state's anti-discrimination law even though it is a private organization.
