Elgin girl to take part in Easter Seals garden rite.(Neighbor)

On the 10th anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Easter Seals, for the first time in its 80-year history, will single out a city as a model of excellence and commitment to accessibility and fairness for people with disabilities.

To permanently symbolize the honor, Easter Seals will dedicate a lily garden at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the south end of Monroe Harbor on the Field's Museum of Natural History's front lawn in Chicago.
