Anaconda Nickel Limited ("Anaconda") has entered into an agreement with Lynas Corporation Ltd. ("Lynas") under which Anaconda can acquire between 80 and 100% of all metals in one of the largest, if not the largest, tantalum and niobium deposits in the world.
