VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Mariah Resources Ltd. (VSE: MRS) and Cinnabar Resources Ltd. (VSE: CBS) announced they have entered into negotiations whereby Mariah will purchase Cinnabar's right to earn an interest in the Buffalo Mountain leachgold project in Nevada. Cinnabar, under a 1986 option agreement has the right to earn a 50 percent interest in this property from Sante Fe Pacific Mining Inc.
