LG-Caltex Oil has completed the construction of the world's largest production facility for benzene and toluene in Yosu, Cholla-namdo, with commercial production kicking off immediately.

The expanded plant has an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of benzene and 450,000 tons of toluene, they said.
