The Soviet Filmakers Union will honor Robert Redford with the first public retrospective of an American actor/director to be presented in the U.S.S.R. Redford will arrive in Leningrad May 7 to begin a ten-day tour of the U.S.S.R. in connection with the Soviet exhibition of his films in Leningrad, Moscow and Tbilisi. Redford is scheduled to make appearances in all three cities, where Soviet audiences will have a rare opportunity to view a collection of Redford films and to see and hear from Redford.
