The Christopher Gist Historical Society awarded scholarships to high school graduates at its recent annual scholarship dinner at Wood Brothers Restaurant.
Dr. Fred A. Stine, president of the Christopher Gist Historical Society, presided. Dr. Leon Boothe, president emeritus of Northern Kentucky University, and Dr. James Claypool, NKU history faculty member, addressed the graduates. A letter from NKU President James C. Votruba was read.
