Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. ("Grupo Galicia") announced today the launching of its exchange offer for all shares (including all American Depositary Shares) of Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. ("Banco Galicia") (Nasdaq: BGALY; Buenos Aires Stock Exchange: GALI) it does not already own.

Grupo Galicia is offering to exchange 1 of its ADSs for each Banco Galicia ADS, and 2.5 of its Class B shares for each Banco Galicia Class B share. Each Grupo Galicia ADS represents 10 Class B shares of Grupo Galicia. ...
