Ethan Allen Interiors Inc, the Connecticut-based manufacturer and retailer of quality home furnishings and furniture products, has leased a 20,000 square-foot, two-level space at 101 West End Avenue between 64th and 65th Streets. The company has an exclusive network of approximately 300 retail stores in the U.S. and abroad.
The Lincoln Center store will be Ethan Allen's third in Manhattan and their corporate the retail space will be located on the ground and second floors of a 33-story, 500 apartment residential luxury tower currently under, construction by Tishman Speyer. The long-term lease at an undisclosed rental was negotiated by Joanne Podell, vice president of New Spectrum Realty Services, Inc.
