Stephen Oder, president of SiteRide.com, recently targeted the retail real estate market in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut by positioning the company as an online information "cooperative" designed for the real estate industry in client-tailored, database format. The SiteRide system offers individual owners and brokers access to their own property information, and to edit and even create that information. This information is then made available to the real estate industry at large through the website.
