It seems today's college students are taking the concept of higher learning to heart.
Health educators at campuses throughout the United States are noticing that marijuana use, usually associated with peace signs, Woodstock and the 1960s, is on the rise. A recently released University of California annual freshman survey on attitudes showed support for legalization of marijuana has risen to nearly 34 percent, double what the figures were in 1989.
