Jun. 6--VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.--If you think traffic is bad now around Virginia Beach and Independence boulevards, just wait until the city's new town center is built.

That's what experts in the city planning department are doing.

When complete, the skyscraper complex will have the region's tallest twin office towers, along with shops and restaurants, and city planners know that it will draw 15 percent more traffic to the area every day.
